Seminar of Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region on the topic: «Access to the markets of countries included in the European network of business support»
25.10.2016 Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region, created on the basis of the Penza Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry is carrying on the project on promoting the products of Penza manufacturers on regional and international markets. Coordinator of RIC from the government of the Penza region is the regional Ministry of economy.

At 20 Oct 2016 in Penza regional chamber of Commerce within the activities Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region was held a seminar «Access to the markets of countries included in the European network of business support ».

The seminar was opened by the head of the Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region – Vladimir Parshin.

He briefed the participants about the range of services provided by Penza Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in foreign trade activities. Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region organizes economic and trade missions in foreign countries, is looking for potential partners, by providing address information about the foreign enterprises produced and realized products and services, providing references regarding the reliability of companies and also holds free consultations on foreign trade activities.

The seminar was attended by: Dmitri Polukarov, the Deputy Minister of economy of Penza Region, Mihail Antonov, Deputy Minister of industry, entrepreneurship development, information policy and information of Penza Region, Irina Volchkova, head of Department of development of business of administration of Penza, representatives of subjects of small and medium enterprise Penza and Penza Region, engaged in foreign trade, and agents of the Penza regional chamber of Commerce.

The speaker at this seminar was Andrei Georgievich Parilov, General Director of the company SIA «Conformity» (Riga, Latvia).

The seminar addressed the following questions:
1. The necessity of European conformity assessment for product release to the international markets. General provisions trade in the European market.
2. The structure and status of European official documents: Directive, Regulation, Decision, other Directives of New and Global approach.
3. "Horizontal" EU Directive. Harmonized standards and their part. Other technical specifications.
4. The Declaration and certificate of conformity of products to the EU, their content. Difference from similar documents applied in the Eurasian Customs Union. Trade opportunities outside the EU in the presence of the CE certificate.
5. The subjects involved in placing products on the European market.
6. Authorized Representative in EU.
7. Modules of conformity assessment. The CE-mark. Products not subject to CE marking.
8. The EU information system in the sphere of conformity assessment and market surveillance. The system of quality supervision placed on the EU market products.
The seminar was attended by representatives of over 30 companies of Penza and Penza Region; there were a lot of questions from experts of the enterprises, for which the Rapporteur was able to give a detailed explanation of the answers. All participants received Certificates from the Regional Integrated Centre – Penza Region, confirming participation in the workshop.
