Business mission in Belgrade, Serbia.

In the period 6th September to 9th September 2016 the delegation of Penza enterprises headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza Region Valerii Bespalov took part in a business mission in Belgrade, Serbia.

Regional Integrated Center - Penza region (RIC- Penza region), under the leadership of Vladimir Parshin, who accompanied the delegates during the trip, and also took part in the negotiations, has organized this business visit. Hosted party was Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

Business Mission to Serbia has become the first foreign business trip of 5 planned of RIC-Penza this year. Penza region was represented in Serbia by such companies as Agromekhanika, LLC (production of agricultural tillage machinery), Parapharm, LLC (production of dietary supplements/BAA), Okhrannaya technika, LLC (development and production of outdoor perimeter systems), K.B.R, LLC (developer of software product online bots - virtual assistants of new generation), Penzenskie electrody, LLC (production of welding electrodes).

Program of the business mission was quite eventful. On September 7, 2016 in the building of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held a business meeting of representatives of Penza enterprises with Serbian companies. It should be noted that Yury Agapov - Head of the Economic Department of the Russian Trade Representation in the Republic of Serbia took part in b2b meetings. Prior to the contact and cooperation exchange with a welcoming speech to the participants addressed vice-president of CCI of Serbia - Miroslav Miletic. In turn, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Penza Region Valerii Bespalov gave a presentation of industrial and economic potential of Penza region.

On September 8, 2016 delegates went to the city of Subotica, where in the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry they took part in a business forum, which was opened with the presentation of free economic zone - Subotica and of Penza region, and then they visited the zone itself and the company Dunkermotoren / Ametek.

It should be noted that the business meeting of Penza and Serbian companies were successful. Parties outlined further plans of work and expressed hope for a long-term mutually beneficial cooperation. Following the talks, Okhrannaya technika, LLC and one of the Serbian companies signed a dealership agreement. It is also planned to sign a contract for the supply of dietary supplements of Parapharm, LLC with Serbian pharmacy chains. Agromekhanika, LLC was declared for the following year as an exhibitor at the Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.

The event was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Penza region, as the coordinator of RIC-Penza region of the Government of Penza region.
